Looking at his white, closely shaven dome, you probably automatically think "8-ball, corner pocket."  Most people would be shocked to find out that Steve once sported a mullet and lived in a trailer park.

Nowadays, Steve is an extremely outgoing individual.  He is nearly always sporting some variation of a dumb grin.  He is famous for his various characterizations when leaving voicemail messages (well at least on my voicemail).  His gay guy bit is a little too good, if you ask me, especially if you take into account all those pictures where he is licking or kissing Kenny instead of Heather.
